Througouht history there are many types of people who feel like an outcast or an outsider. Today as well, there are a number of people in our lifes that feel this way on a daily basis. During the time of World War II, the jewish were among the most outcasted or considered an outsider to the rest of the world. Define an outcast. Define an outsider. How would it be different during the time of WWII to be defined as an outcast or outsider than it is now?

Great definition, but be sure to proofread your posts and work on capitalizing and punctuation.

An outsider and an outcast in World War two would be someone who is different and stands out, they would be frownd apon, and not accepted by anyone that they are different from.

I would say an outsider is someone from a different place that doesn't really belong there. An outcast would be someone who is different from the rest of the group and doesn't act the same way. They might look different, and people don't treat them with the same respected.

The Jews weren't respected during the WWII, because Hitler and the Nazi's thought that anyone that wasn't German wasn't worthy of treated with respect. They weren't on the same level as the Germans. The Germans thought that they were high above any other race or religion.

An outsider is a person who does not belong in a particular group. An outcast is some on a person who has been rejected by a society or a social group.

An outcast is someone who gets left out because they are different from that group. An outsider is a person who does not belong in that group. It would be different during the time of World War II because it was different back then from now.

It is different then what it was in WWII because that was 1939 and this is year 2012. A lot of things has changed since way back then.

An outsider is someone who does not fit in with a group. An outcast is someone who is not accepted by a group of people. It was different during WWII because if you did not fit in you would not be treated very fairly.

Miss Witka,
The prisoners of Germans were not treated fairly by being put in small rooms with very little food and water and were treated like slaves.

A outsider is a person that doesn't fit in a group. A outcast is someone that is different from one other. The WWIII would be different from people being outsider and outcast by that people would not have to been different from one to other because that is why that had a WWIII

They definitely were treated differently, but that was not the only cause of World War II.

What happen between WWII was that they were different and they was beening judge different. There was a the Holocust and German wanted to take over in other places so that is what started WWII

An outsider is someone not in something and a outcast was someone left out of a group.

This was evident in world war 2 because an outcast would be thrown out or was out of the event and an outsider is someone who never was involved with the event that time.

Lily, what is the definition of an outsider and an outcast? How are they alike and how are they different?

An outsider is like someone who is out of the popular group. An outcast is a criminal. It would be a lot kinder.
