THE WAR IS OVER!!

As Lisa is practicing at the Royal Academy, there is bustle and exctiement on the streets of London! The War is over!! She runs out into the street and joins in the celebration!! What do you think will happen now? How will she find her family, and what would you do in her position?

Lisa is going to try to find her sister and try to find out about her family. She will fond her family by looking at the lists of people who survived at the camps. I would go back to Vienna ans see what happenend.

I would also want to know what my hometown looked like after the war. It does not mention her going back there at all. Why do you think she didn't?

lisa would feel bad becouse all off the kids were happpy but lisa is happy to becouse the war is over

Peter, you have got to use complete sentences, punctuation, and capitalization!! Why would she feel bad because the other kids were happy?

Lisa feels relieved that the war is over and that she gets to be with her family again. She finds all this information that she had not even known during the war!! I would go and try to find a job, find a husband, and have kids and forget about the past, well try to forget it, and tell my kids about it.

That sounds like a good plan. How hard do you think it would be to forget about the past and why?

After the war i think that Lisa wont meet her parents and she will be reunited with Rosie and Leo.I think Lisa wont see her parentsbut her sisters and if I were in her position I would probably send a letter to people asking about my parents.

She might see her sisters in the street because the war is over and they can come back. She can find her family by asking people who have books of the survivors and find Rosie and Leo. When she finds them she will be complete. Her parents are probably dead.

I think the whole city of London will rejoice and celebrate since the war ended the war ended. I think Lisa will find her parents by going to the Jewish Refugee Center and looking at the list to see if her parents are on there. If I was Lisa, I would join in the celebration and be worried because I couldn't find my parents.

How long do you think it was for people to get out of the concentration camps and go back home? If you were Lisa would you go back to Vienna?
