"Now I am getting really hopeful, now things are foing well as last. Yes, really, they're going well! Super news! An attempt has been made on Hitler's life and not even by Jewish communist or English capitalis this time, but by a proud German general, and what's more, he's a count, ans still quite young." This exciting news happened a week before they were found. They were so hopeful than, they were caught. How do you think they felt upon being captured? Why

Yo pienso que Anne no esperaba que la atraparran por que ella creia que ya pronto iba a vovler a su vida normal o tal vez mejor y cuando la atraparon fue como ya no tener razones para estar feliz y sentirse muy mal y pues perdio su esperanza.

I think they felt disappointed because they were so close into being free and right when they were going to they were caught. Also I think they felt mad at theirsleves because they went through so much just so they could be free but at the end they end up being caught

Anne had much hope and plans after the war and then a couple of days later. They are found I would feel very upset and worthless but happy that the war is over.

I think the Van Dann' and the Frank's felt upon being captured was happy because then they don't suffer anymore and get fresh air.

They may feel as if everything they did was for nothing.

I think they felt pretty sad and depressed about being found right before liberation. They were in hiding for over 2 years and then got found right when they were about to be free. I would be very mad and would feel as if the whole journey was a waste of time.

I think they felt sad but kind of relieved from being found. I think they feel this way because they knew some of them would be killed but they were also relieved that they no longer had to hide in a building.

I think that the Franks and VanDaans felt that when they were caught that they were mad knowing how close they were to surviving.
